FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $100 OR MORE! (Order total as calculated using product prices before taxes, shipping, and any other fees)

Please allow 24-72 hours for candles to ship.

We currently ship using USPS Priority Mail to US addresses. Check back -- we plan to add additional carriers and destinations!

On orders up to $100, we charge actual shipping costs which are calculated during the checkout process.

Once you submit your order, we may divide it into multiple shipments if we discover that doing so will save you money. If this is the case, we will adjust your shipping charges and refund you the difference.

Shipping includes tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for delays in delivery once a package has left our facilities and is in the custody of the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we will resend the order once we are able to file a claim for the lost package.

Replacements & Returns

Replacement Policy

If an item is damaged in transit or we inadvertently send you the wrong product, we will replace it at no cost to you if you notify us within 15 days of your receipt of the candle.

  1. Contact us. Include your order number.
  2. Tell us what went wrong (item arrived broken, wrong candle sent, etc.).
  3. Send a picture of the damaged or incorrect item to help@fortystonewaxworks.com.
  4. We will send out a replacement right away! (You don't need to return a candle if we sent it to you by mistake or it arrived damaged.)

Return Policy

We accept returns of an unused item if it is returned to us within 15 days after you receive it. If you are not satisfied with your candle for a reason not covered by our Replacement Policy:  

  1. Contact us. Include your order number.
  2. Let us know why you're unhappy.
  3. Ship the candle back to us using the carrier of your choice. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the item.
  4. Once we receive the candle(s), we will refund you for your purchase price and any taxes you paid at purchase on the item(s) that you returned. We regret that shipping charges (in either direction) are not refundable.
